Project settings
You can link a project to groups through the project settings.

The ability to link a project to groups via project settings depends on the app setting “Allow project administrators to associate projects with groups”
Go to the project settings page and on the sidebar, find the “Group” link. On the page that opens, you can select a groups for the current project.
